Customer Responsibility
- The customer who purchased the unit is responsible for the shipping.
- All of the original packaging and the original box must be used to return the unit. If there are any items missing, we have the authority to refuse the return until all items are returned. All items must be returned without damages. Including the owners manual, filters, drainage tubing and duct collars. If any of these items are missing or returned damaged the return will be refused.
- Shipping Insurance MUST be placed on the return shipping incase of damages during the return shipping process. Dehumidifiers that arrive with damages will be refused, and the customer will have to file a damage claim with their shipping company.
- The Warranty Card must not be filled out within the first 30 days of having receiving the unit and is required to be returned with the unit, be new and without any writing. If the Warranty Card is not returned properly with the unit the 30 Day Money Back Offer will be invalid.
