  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • ALL original packaging and original box must be used to return the Dehumidifier, and if any items are missing, the return will be refused until all items are returned.
  • Return Shipment MUST be insured for damage. Units arriving damaged will be refused, and you will file a damage claim with your shipper.
  • Everything that was sent with the unit (manual, duct collars, etc.) must be returned without damage. If any items are missing, the return will be refused until all items are returned.
  • We reserve the right to cancel this offer at anytime, and you can individually be refused if we suspect fraud.
  • One guarantee per household/family.
  • **Warranty Card must not be filled out within the first 30 days. Warranty card is required to be returned with the unit and be new and without writing for the money back offer to be valid.
